In our lab, we commit ourselves to establishing an inclusive, equitable, positive, and supportive research environment, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Here we believe that diversity fosters innovation, creativity, and empathy in ways that homogeneous environments rarely do. We condemn discrimination of any kind and provide equitable access to higher education and research training.

Think out of the box
Science provides us with an opportunity to validate our creative ideas with simple experiments. Be fearless of failures, take on a challenging project, think independently, and enjoy the forward-thinking culture brought by science.

Reinvent yourself
Always staying positive on the journey of self-discovery is not easy. Throughout my career, it is my goal to enrich the experiences of joy in science and help the trainee to find their true passion. We care deeply about each other, and we work together as a team, set expectations, make plans, and communicate openly and constructively.
